Practice Values

EMPATHY

As an owner, I feel that approaching the dental experience from our patient’s perspective and ensuring they feel heard and trusted is vital towards running an effective practice. Empathy, when extended towards our patients as well as our team members, can bring out the best in an individual and supports the foundation of what we do as dentists and why we do it.

COURAGE

To be a leader means having the courage to lead with kindness and a clear vision, the courage to bring your best self to work every day, and the courage to have fun while doing it! I strive to instill this same courage in my team as we grow and create something amazing.

INTEGRITY

Honesty and value in what we do as practitioners is of the utmost importance. I hold myself to the highest standards as a dentist, and my pursuit of continuing education shows that. Having integrity in one’s work and business is essential if we are to keep our moral standards as best clinicians, both for our patients and for ourselves.

Over my years, I have seen how owning a private practice allows the dentist freedom to serve his or her patients. Aside from the financial benefits, private practice ownership offers the ability to determine what time is spent at work or with family, provides more control over the patients seen and procedures performed, and instills a greater sense of pride in owning something that serves the community.

There are many reasons why I decided to pursue dentistry as a career, but among the top of the list was the opportunity for practice ownership. Throughout my journey, I’ve discovered the value of leadership, eagerness to learn, and unrelenting self-improvement in preparing to serve my future patients and those I work with.

Although I know you could sell your practice to a DSO, I believe the trust, dedication, and relationships formed between a dentist in private practice and his or her patients cannot be beat. I am eager to learn from those who have done it well. I would love the time to sit down to hear about both the challenges and successes you have experienced throughout the years, and learn from you however I can. I would be honored for you to consider giving me the opportunity to continue the legacy you have built and ensure your patients are given the best care possible!
